Assume that I am a foreign company having a deal with an Indian manufacturer to manufacture certain pharmaceutical products of desired specifications. If I terminate this contract with the Indian Company, can I change my client in India and share the specifications with any other country considering I have the patent for the said pharma product?

That depends on what have been your terms with Indian Company, you need to check the termination terms in agreement. If the product is patented with you and in the agreement you have not sell it or transferred it then you can manufacture the medicine for any other company, however need to check the IPR and Confidentiality terms in agreement.

Your agreement the scriptture to your relationship with current customer read that and follow that
