My Grievance of Repudiation of Claim by UIIC is pending with Insurance Ombudsman , Mumbai since 10th Nov., 2010 . As per News Paper reports Insurance Ombudsman had disposed another case filed with him on the same date on 29th July , 2011. However , mine is still pending - What recourse I have in such a situation under RPG Rule to get my grievance heard .

though filed those two cases on the same day, but they may have different facts and circumstances. Priority is discretionary however you can insist on early disposal on the next hearing.
