Inscription of logo of builder on my building

I have given for construction of my building by demolishing the old existing building to a builder on agreement. He inscriptts on my building his logo. Can I being land owner object it? And remove his logo? Will it affects my ownership?

Quick Summary
A landowner is asking if they can object to a builder inscribing their logo on a new building constructed on the landowner's property. The builder typically has the right to advertise their logo for marketing purposes, especially if it's part of the agreement. It's advised to thoroughly review the development agreement for any specific clauses regarding logo display.

1. Throughly read the "Development Agreement" between yourself & Builder and see IF there are clauses wherein you have permitted /agreed to builder for display of his logo on your building.

2. Typically & Legally the Builder can display & advertise his Logo on the building he is constructing, for marketing his portion /share of the Free Sale Flats.
