Engage an able labor Law Consultant/service matters counsel.

The counsel shall look into requisites at Delhi and any other state where you open up.

There must be an agreement between you and Merchant Ship in Gulf . You must put one clause that is any dispute arise then the dispute adjudicate under Delhi / NCR jurisdiction or dispute can be adjudicate under Indian Arbitration act.
