inlaw problem

by mediation to settle. the matter means what

Quick Summary
Mediation offers a confidential and cost-effective alternative to court proceedings for resolving non-criminal disputes. A neutral mediator facilitates discussions between parties, helping them to assess solutions and reach an amicable agreement. This process is ideal for neighbourly disagreements, family conflicts, and other civil matters, potentially leading to a court-decreed settlement if a case is already pending.

respected sir

Mediation is a dispute resolution process that involves non-criminal matters without engaging with the court proceedings. Generally the claims in mediation don't involve a legal issue for example- a dispute between two neighbors, conflicts arising in divorce and child custody etc.  It preserves the confidentiality of the case and costs much lesser as compared to litigation cases. The mediator helps the parties to reach an agreement and assess solutions to the problems.

Settle the matter amicably across the table and get the settlement decreed by the Court, where case is pending.
