Injunction Order and Police aid

Injunction order was granted under order 39 rule 1 & 2, on defendant no. 1 & 2. CAN we INCLUDE defandant 3, in the police aid/protection u/s 151 CPC (which will be granted for proper implementation of the above injunction order)? Note- D3 is the real brother of D3 and we have sufficient proofs that D3 is interfering in our peaceful possession of the property.

halo,

allready orders may be passed as" his men agents, persons claiming under d1, d2 and anybody else.... this will be the order passed or prayed by onbehalf of the plaintiff/petitioner. any how, stating necessary reasons in the affidavit, police protection can be asked. so u can file petition under sec 151 even against d3, who will be certainly the agent of d1 and d2.
