Injunction only way ??

Respected Experts. Divorced wife has not vacated the matrimonial home and instead trying to alter/ renovate her living portion of the house. In this scenario is injunction the only option or there is any other ways? The divorce was confined by High Court also. Does she have any right?

In the divorce she was directed by the court to apply for permanent alimony. But insted of doing so she continues to occupy a part of the house and tried to carry out some extension /modification despite being divorced.

She can only ask for alimony which may include amount for rented accommodation and doesn't have any right on property.
