Can injunction on the properties of husband - (owned by him from his earnings only) be brought by the family court in a divorce case OR is it the civil court which has the jurisdiction on the same. Kindly advise

family court has jurisdiction, in case of to failure to honour court decree, the court can attach husband properties

Mr. Raghvan, there is no decree passed yet but before that only the wife wants injunction on the only house of husband which is on his name and bought from his salary and company loan
