A court passed an injunction against the sale of a particular vehicle. Subsequently, beacuse of "an act of God" that vehicle was destroyed. What will then be the status of the injunction ? Can the court recall the injunction ?

if the vehicle was destroyed then the said injunction order passed by the court stands infructuous and stay on sale of the vehicle is vacated automatically. But this intimation must be given in the court by moving proper application.
