Injunction

Respected experts, I shall be grateful if you could let me know whether interlocutory/ interim/ permanent Injunction passed by a Family Court is appealable in High Court. Regards.

Sir, what you have asked is not well understood if the word interlocutory/interim/permanent/injunction, which all are contradictory in their meaning, kindly put your misconception regarding facts.

Interlocutory orders are not appealable.
