Dear Experts,
I'm staying in a two share PG, on May22 thats 35 days back my roommate injected hiv infected blood. first week i just ignored by assuming some insects byte. but after 2 weeks symptoms started to appear then testes positive. Now i have to fight this. I know it is rarest case in india but how do i prove it as it happened at night in the room. Will i succede? i'm also worrying for social stigma? Please answer

Investigate in your apartment and try to find the needle with which you were injected. File an FIR with your local police stating all the facts of the crime which you are aware of. There is no need to feel ousted from the society if you are found to be HIV positive. Remain calm and do all these first. Let the police become aware of this act and focus on getting justice. Contact your lawyer(s) immediately.

sure, i will contact lawyers. I think they are well planned. how do i prove it since legal justice depends on proof.
