I would like to ask a simple query. I am the son of my mother who is one daughter out of 2 girls and 2 boys born to my maternal grandfather. My grandfather as per his will, gave all his property to his two sons. While the clause relating to copyrights were not at all discussed in the will. If I plan a revision to the book he wrote back in 1953 in India's small press which doesnot exist now(he was Emeritus proffessor in a foreign university), who should I sought permission from? the two uncle or from all 4. And, the other aunt(mom's sister) has died back in 2012, so what about that? please advice thanks.
