Information pertaining to person (individually) or information which is for public good can be asked as per Right to Information Act 2005.

You can ask any information, provided it is within the ambit of RTI Act, information may be given or may not be given.  There is always chance for appeal after expiry of 30 days to FAA, State Information Commissioner, so on and so forth.

What do you want to ask through RTI?.
