can someone please clarify this for me.
if I'm giving 4 lac INR to someone then what's the best way to give it(I know bank transfer but can I ask him to sign any legal document) and if he doesn't return after said duration then what action can be taken against him?
Enter into a agreement with him with all the details like purpose, amount, time period and mode of tranfer and get it signed and attested. It will be considered as a leagl document.
