Hello Experts Pls guide me , if I file an RTI for my petition copy regarding my dowry case. Then Pls confirm Saket court comes under which Ministry.

Hi Rajiv,

 

Your RTI Application will get rejected as Courts are not liable to reply RTI Application. You can ask for certified copy of Petition from the court and make an application to the Registrar of the court.

yes apply for certified copy and in a week they will give the copy
