Dear Members,
What all information can be sought through RTI in case of pensioners.
The subject was a Professor In Goverment Engineering institute , got retired in 1999 and thereafter doing private coaching. The subject has alleged that he had spent 15 lacs in marraige of her daughter in 2009.Subject also resides in a bunglow built after his retirement.
The only information about subject is his name and residence address.
Advise please

college can provide his details about his salary, pension etc.,

Taking pvt. tutions by a working teacher is a well known fact. Who will question a retired teacher ? It is difficult to prove. I have my own doubts about passing on some one's pension(financial matters) from College including confidential and pvt. financial transactions of a customer by any Bank. However, you may try as suggested.
