An FIR has been logged under Sec 366(A) of IPC in Bihar. After seven days minor girl and accused recovered from Ghaziabad. Girl give statement that she gone outside of his village self and met him in delhi. Actually this is a matter of love started from instagram.
On prayer of the accused the Petioner has showed mercy and write a compromise letter in court and the accused have been granted bail by the court.
Now the accused again tried to reach/contacted the girl by anyhow and also posted a video naming social.
please suggest me how can we withdraw compromise application in this case so that accused can be punished.
Show that he is harrassing the girl again after compromise so want to continue the case with fresh actin alongwith previous .
