indian students trapped in us

sir or mam doubt is due to fake university our students are trapped laws of immigration governs it but is international law applicable or it is of united nations laws or us laws of immigrantion

It is advosible to defend the cases with help from indian counsulate and local legal experts by mentioning facts and on various grounds.In case parent of such students who are having all details and copies of documents they can file appropriate petitions in Hc making respondent the concerned university and state and central govt and also embasy of said country so that say will be filed by respondents and the mater will help expediate release of innocent students who are victims of said fake university illegality
