Indenting Agent

What is Indenting Agent?

Can a company (incorporated under companies act) act as an Indenting Agent for selling of goods?

If you can provide me any Sample Draft for Indenting Agent Agreement.

An indenting agent is who collects commisssion on sale though it may not buy or resale a product.The value added to the supply chain is distribution,technical support, inport export documentation services etc. Its not a very common place example in India nor properly defined by the Indian Contract Act. I do not think that there is any bar for an incorporated company in India to act as an indenting agent.
