How can i get the income details of a person who has submitted false income certificate... he is not a government employee... he is running his own private clinic. Plzz help me how to get the information

Sir /madam For what purpose you want to furnish income details of the other person who has submitted false income certificate... Call the person, who has issued income certificate, for cross examination. he is not a government employee... he is running his own private clinic. If you cannot get his income details , try to get some evidence related to his expenditure and assets ( movable and immovable like house, car clinic etc)
