Marks memo of a student is having his Uncle (father's own brother) name instead of Deceased fathers name, But he is Govt servant . because of that reason he is not getting scholarship from government. Now he wants to change and include his fathers name in all future documents. What is the procedure one should do ? Please guide.

He has to issue legal notice to the aDeupty Commissioner of the Dist, who is representing the State Govt., and Deputy Director of Public Instructions and to the school and Board of Examination who has issued the marks card to make the necessary corrections in the marks card by giving 60 days time, after that he has to file suit for mandatory injunction against all.
