You cannot include her name after the sale deed is executed by the vendor, at the most you can gift part of the property in her name.

It's not possible but u sale your 1/2 share to your wife otherwise u give gift 1/2 share to your wife and u make any document please u registered this document at Registrar office. Then u add your wife name in property.
