Incase wife claims maintenance saying she is unemployed though she is working and you know company's name, try the following link. This is link to EFP site showing company name with link to payments made by company for PF and further link to name of all employees for whom PF is deducted.

This site is to confirm and provides a proof (not sure if admissible in court) that a person is employed in an organization and for whose salary PF is deducted. The site shows various details for employer, I guess based on this PF statement can be arranged from EPF office.

The very fact that PF is being deducted it shows that she is earning and the court does not ask you from where you got it . Rest can be got through summoning the employer and calling for the salary slip of the employee . Even if the employer are hand in glove with the employee and the sumbit a lower salary slip they can get caught when the cheque through which the employer deposits the same into the bank account of the employee can be called for . Rest salary statements of the employer can be called for etc .
