Inam/ grand land and separate property huf

20years back governament granted /given inam land to one of the co parcenaer/ middle brother
1.whether it is seperate or self aquired property of him ....?.
2.whether other co parcenaers has any right over the above said inam property?

Quick Summary
This discussion explores the ownership of Inam land granted by the government to one co-parcener 20 years ago. It questions whether this land is considered separate or self-acquired property and if other co-parceners have any rights to it. The consensus suggests that land granted by the government as Inam is separate property, and other co-parceners cannot claim a share unless government permission is involved.

It is a separate property given by the Government and so no one has right on it unless there is permission from Government.
