In which section we file application for speedy trial

 

 Dear Peers,

 Plz tel me in which section we can file an application for the Speedy trial in Civil Suit .

 i.e. Suit for Possession (property matter),  pending in District Court, Delhi.

 Is any one have same kind of application or any supporting judgement.

Dear friend,

 

It would be miscellaneous application under Section 151 CPC. However, you have to make out the case for exception. After all why you should be given preference over others.
