• Copy of A/C holder's death certificate
• Photo identification proof of the nominee as per  KYC guidlines

The ornament is used as security for agricultural loan by the deceased person earlier.but now the loan were closed by nomini and the securities under safe custody of sbi bank .The bank argue the need for sign of all legal heirs to get that ornament back.what is the legal possibilities to get the security to nomini without the consent of legal heir?

Nominee of the bank locker can collect the ornaments kept in the locker. It is for the bank to allow to give access to the locker so consent of legal heirs are not required. If ornaments are kept with bank for security for agricultural loan by borrower and he died in that case nominee have to repay the loan and apply to bank for release of ornament kept as security.
