In my application in govt job i have mentioned only my graduation,will my masters degree cause any issue

Sir/mam, in police verification form, what does it mean by "Have you ever been debarred from any examination or restricted by any University or any other educational Authority / Institution?" if my masters degree got cancelled/revoked will i be still eligible for applying or joining central govt jobs based on my Graduate degree?MY Graduation degree is clean and both done from different colleges but same University bu in my masters i got ufm and my exam got cancelled but i can apply in that University for any other course
