wife had small argument with mother, she got angry her father called and abuse us. her all family came to our home abuse us and left with my wife saying she will come back in 15 days. she never return after that. i request her to come back many times but she was not coming, she and her father were abusing my family every time when i was requestign them to bring her back. now they have file court asking us for alimony we have file divorce case in reply to them but even after when case is going on her father is calling us many tiem and threatning us saying they will kill our family and they have hire few people for that. my father expire 5 years back , i am very worried about my family. i dont want to go to court is there any ways which can avoid those peopel from doing it legally can we shift case from their town to our town. plz reply sorry for wrong grammer and incomplete info if there's any. plz reply
