In law property distribution

My father in law left Property (House+Agri land)belongs to fore father's  which is already partitioned between 2 Brothers. My in-laws had 3daughters.My question is who is legal heirs now either my mother in law only or both mother in law+daughters?to apply mutation.

Quick Summary
This discussion clarifies property distribution laws following a father-in-law's passing. It addresses who the legal heirs are for inherited property, specifically a house and agricultural land that was already partitioned between brothers. The advice confirms that the mother-in-law is entitled to a share of her deceased husband's portion, at par with her children, meaning property rights devolve to both the mother-in-law and her daughters.

Your mother in law is entitled for a share out of her deceased husband's share in the property at par with her children.
