I was Working with one Indian company for one year in between i got good offer from another company so i resigned from Company and my resignation was accepted by reporting authority (i am having Confirmation on mail ) so i served Notice period of 23 Days and joined new company
When i asked for full and final settlement hr is saying that there is notice period of 60 days and there is recovery for remaining 27 days for that company hold my salary of 23 days and my traveling expense and asking to pay remaining amount and for that they send me notice.
I have not received that notice as my door was locked.
I called up hr head for discussion for my pending settlement so informed me to pay the amount and get the reliving letter other wise he will inform my current employer that dues are pending with me.
In formation about 60 days notice period was not informed me before joining or in offer letter ,on day of joining hr team takken my signature on offer letter where this clause is mentioned .
It is like if you dont signe this paper company would not allow you to join you don't have any option rather than accepting that.
In my offer letter it was mentioned that i first 6 month of probation and after that it will be further extended or processed for confirmation but my it was not extended nor i received any confirmation letter from company.
Pls help and suggest me that there is any way to get my dues clear from my old employer.

Send a formal email to you previous HR mentioning every detail you want to discuss, if no positive reply comes then send them a legal notice claiming your money and compensation for the harassment caused to you .....
