What are the legal consequences if a club sells liquor/Alcohol without availing temporary bar license on particular dates?
Under wchich act or law is it required?

the governing law is the Excise Act........Liquor excise is in the domain of the states so the states r having their own laws in this respect.
pls find the relevant bare act for the concerned state.......every state has different set of penalities and punishments for such offences.
