Dear Forum,
What is the use of getting Patta.?
Does it really helps in getting Housing Loan.
My Question is ,many of my friends have constructed their own villa thro bankingloans without getting any Patta.
In That case what is the importance of Patta.
Is Patta mandatory for availing Housing Loans.

patta meanse, who is the owner of the right now, that is proof of the card patta. its must in every loan.
