Implications of dv to wife

Husband have married to the wife only for the money she earns and he is always a taker not giver in the family.husband threatens to give divorce and makes everyone believes that he will use the loopholes of law and demands money from wife without any lawyer as he is the student of criminal law. 1)What happens to the proceedings if wife asks for divorce first instead of husband(as he is just threatening to give divorce but doesnot give). 2)If Wife is earning and highly qualified do wife not entitled get any alimony. 3)Husband is studying ph.d in law gets stiphend and is unemployed but written the property to his sister so that he can prove he doesnot have anything. 4)Can he try to put false accusations/FIR on anything which makes the wife to pay the ransom. 5)husband uses incorrect DOB for studies and jobs(to get govt job) found it is incorrect after chcking with horoscope.
