I had filed an OA before the CAT. The OA has been dismissed. An application for review of the final order is being filed. I had drawn attention of the Bench on the mala fide exercise of powers by the respondent, but however, it has been overlooked by the Bench. Now in addition to the filing of a review application, I want the respondents to be impleaded by their name for which I will have to file a separate Misc. Application. Whether this Misc. Appln. can be filed for impleading the respondents by their name in a situation where final order has already been passed ? Though, a review application is being filed.
I request the Hon'ble Expert Members to guide me accordingly, and also to provide a draft application for impleadment of the respondents by their name. (Another MA will also be filed under CrPC 340 read with IPC 192, 193, 199.
