immunity of lawyers

Is there any immunity to lawyers from civil and criminal cases.when i filed a petition against a lawyer police has not taken any action.They are not willing to take any action.what is the remedy available to me?

1. You can make complaint before the State Bar Council who looks after registration /certification of Advocates.

There is nothing like that ,you can file compliant in court,but  if he failed the ethics of advocasy you can file complaint in Bar Coucil.
