One of my friend's dwelling house sold by Munsiff Magistrate and issued sale deed and done registered in the name of the purchaser .
There is no signature of seller of owner of the dwelling house and without owner consent Honourable Court Judicial First Class Magistrate sold illegally and registered in the name of purchaser.
In his view the Court having empower to sell any dwelling house why the political leaders assets or dwelling houses whose cases are pending years together cannot be sold.
Why the court interferes in small properties and why not on the Big properties.
In our Eyes Law is equal to all common people. Then here in common person one small common man's property easily sold away . Why not common law cannot be used on the political and big business people who are illegally earned and accumulated properties.
All people knows about the political leaders and big big business people who earned properties, Assets, Dwelling houses etc illegally and why not the Court involvement is not interfering to sell those properties.
Years together the cases are pending and there is no any quick disposal of cases and the poor person becoming poor and the richer rich.
What law the court has shown in selling the dwelling house of my friend's property same law and rule can be applied on the political parties so that we can say Honourable Court is showing justice to all.
