Hi,
I have an alloted parking from builder and same is mentioned in my registered agreement from Builder; but since the number of parking are limited within compound another society member is parking the same in front of my parking and i am unable to remove my car and he is not even responding to letters written by society.
If possible please guide me through the appropriate approach & legal steps to clarify this.

Parking issues comes under the jurisdiction of local police as per bye law No.175(E)(a) of the approved bye laws of your society.
Approach the police and make a case of apprehension of breach of peace in the society as an unlawful conduct of the said member,who obstructs your entry/exit of your legal parking.
