Recently we purchased 5 cent land in hosur-Within city limits.
Actually there was a land possession by nearby house owner- where 1.5 feet (nearly 100sq.feet) where constructed(only ground floor) by nearby house owner.
And now while asking to demolish the particular area...
Nearby house owner Not willing to do it... And not responding properly.
we purchased the site on September'2021
Nearby house owner constructed around 25 years back..
So now we need to know how to get that land legally back.
As we can't argue with them...
We need legal solution.. Please guide us
Whether the land (stated to have been encroached) belong to part of the land purchased by you, municipal or governement land ?
Accordingly file a complaint before appropriate authority.
