Illegal or legal video recording

Hello My mom got an visitation order from family court to meet my son for 2 hours outside the court. During the visitation my brother in law makes video recording of the same. We filed for contempt of court as they have pressured the child to cry and they record the same and leave in 5 minutes. Under what section can my bil be charged as he is no one to video record and does not have any permission from court to record. He is not even a party to the custody case or any case yet still he does video recording and interferes. We have filed contempt on my wife as she leaves in 5 minutes and my bil for abetting the same. He has agreed to video recording but I want to know the section that I can use against him for illegal video recording Thanks and looking for help
