Where can I report about the fake NGO ? Police is definetely not an option because this NGO guy has very hi-fi contacts . He is white collar criminal and abusing the money and pulling the innocent poor young girls in to prostitution.
Can some body suggest which department I should contact so that they can investigate the funds and activities of NGO ?
Also, legally what are sections can be applicable to rip off of the NGO ?

Do you Know that 'No body can be punish in India because our Supreme Court is Corrupt.' You may ask about Contempt Petition of S.c. No. 203 of 1996. Under RTI Act.

Yes can be taken up with so many departments alongwith CBI and CVC, depending upon the profile, designation and position of persons invloved in such crime. Need to be discussed in details as it is not appropriate to discuss this in an open forum, if you want sure shot action against the corrupt people..... rajender Dahiya 9560900283,
Aside to Mr. Vaish's comments I don't agree with him and strogly oppose his statement.
