i came across a bldg with is 6 floors high and has 6flats in a floor meaning 36 flats in total
every single person of extended their flats in such a way that the lobby size is small and their flat is higher compared to RERA regulations
where do i complain abt this matter or should i file a legal case

If you are affected by this deviated construction you can give a complaint in writing to the competent authority which approved this construction venting out your grievances.
