illegal wide gate opening in our plot has been constructed by M/s Nirman construction inSRA scheme.SRA office has directed to Nirman const. to remove the gate.No action has been taken yet.Our society is following the issue for last 9 years. legal notice also has been sent .
since there is no other exit to SRA society members we can not construct our compound wall and remove the gate.. at once.pl advise.

You can submit compaint to the local municipal authorities in writing. If they do not take action file an injuction petition in the courts of law.

You can also explore the possibility of filing complaint in district consumer forum. As your society can afford legal expenditure atleast in issuing a notice first issue legal notice under CP Act and then escalate it to complaint before DF.
