1-can i file injunction to stop illegal construction in my land bcz police man is forcing me for illegal construction for other bhu-mafia ?

First of all you need to approach to Municipal Corp. of your area to pray them to STOP illegal construction.If they did not hear you just or did not STOP coonstruction then file writpetition Under Article 226 Of Constitution of India,in the high court of your State,where this construction happening.
Then Court will order/give direction to the officer to stop this construction.
