If wife is a owner ?

respected sir,

                      mr"x" expired without a any  will mean instant he has 3 son's all are minar at that time .the property is self acquired by mr"x". after the death of mr"x" the property is transferd to his wife without any signature of all the sons now the wife of mr."x" made the will of his younger son she write that the all property owner is my younger sons .the mother is expired .now all the two big brother wants to share of that property because the younger sons sell out that property . the house tax given by the younger sons at municipal authority and also lectric ciy bill paid by them .

now the question is that if any one purchase that property what's the problem arise .

the two big brothers have any right to claim on that property .

After the death of mr. x  his wife alone is not exclusive owner of his property. So she can not make will of whole property. she may will his own share.

Dear Rajkumar,

 

In case a where a person died without any will the property will be transferred to all the successor equally. And in the case of transfer of such property, signature of all the successor required on the transfer deed of such property.

respected sir,

what if mr. x has 2 daughters and 2 sons, daughers are married before 1980's,

after mr. x expired can mrs. x make a will that her share of property goes to her elder son.

what is the rights of the daughter
