kuch log raste pe hi car laga kar kisi se baat karne lagte h to koi dukan chala jata h aise logo k liye legal action nahi h???

Inform the traffic police over the wats app by taking photo of offender and send to them. The offenders who will be booked for blocking the roads by parking their vehicles in a wrong manner will have to pay a fine of Rs 1,000 against a challan for obstructive parking. .
