if police Io favoured accused knowingly in chargesheet and hide some genuine fact and cooked up false story and chargesheet filed , then what remidies for victim/ complainant

Move your representation to concerned SHO/ DCP/ SP for reinvestigation.

You can also file protest petition before concerned Court. 

Learned member JC Vashista sir given good advice. The victim can move his representation to concerned SHO and escalate the same to DCP/SP for re/further inverstiation into the lapses. 

And absolutely the default complainant can move PROTEST PETITION too in the concerned court.

And also the complainant/informanant/police/accused can file petition for further investigation U/sec 173(8) Crpc. 

THERE IS NO HARD AND FAST RULE THAT "ONLY POLICE CAN FILE 173(8) APPLICATION FOR FURTHER INVESTIGATION
