If noterised poa date is before 2012 , can we register leave and licence agreement in maharashtra

I am Adovcate in Pune. Can i register leave and License agreement through POA holder of Licensors if POA is noterised before year 2012 ? Which registration rule applicable for the same?

Yes you can register Leave and License agreement through POA holder of Licensors even if POA is noterised before year 2012. Please ensure that the PoA is not cancelled/revoked by the PoA holder by way of Public notice etc.
