The other two persons (or any of them) have to file a Suit for probate of the WILL in the appropriate Court.  A lawyer who is well versed in property law has to be approached, the matter has to be discussed in detail with him and then take appropriate legal steps, WITHOUT WASTING TIME.

What is the remedy for the party who doesn't accept the will...if it is not in his favour and it somehow deprive him to enjoy equal share, then how he can is seek justice... I want to know the remedies for both parties including the deprived one.
