If a school is run under proprietorship and now has to be taken over by a trust , What will be the procedure. Can this happen by an agreement between the proprietor and the trust after the proposal has been accepted in the general meeting of the governing body of the trust

Yes.  If the Trust is approved the same in the General Body meeting with a majority and the same is accepted by the proprietor of the school.

The school property is required to be part of Trust property.t is

Whether properietor is one of the Trustees of the newly formed Trust ?

It is better to consult and engage a local prudent lawyer for proper appreciation of facts and professional advise.
