Ia dismissed

Respected Lawyers, 

Plaintiff filed IA for interim injunction for peaceful  possession in property in OS for permanent injunction. However, it was dismissed based on merits. The judgement says that plaintiff is not in settled possession as well. Is there a possibility to evict the plaintiff? If yes, how?
